This notice explains what personal information North End Automotive collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit the Request Service form, we collect the fields you enter: first and last name, phone number, email address (optional unless you choose email as your preferred contact method), preferred contact method, vehicle year/make/model, the service you selected, a description of your concern, your preferred date and time window, and your consent to be contacted. We also record the date and time of your submission and a short reference code we generate for your request.

How we store and use it

Submissions are stored in our secure database hosted by our website platform provider and are also delivered to the shop's inbox at northendauto902@gmail.com. We use this information only to reply to your request, schedule and complete work on your vehicle, and follow up about that work. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing without your permission.

Who can access it

Access is limited to North End Automotive staff involved in responding to your request and to our website platform provider acting on our behalf for hosting and email delivery. We do not share your information with any other third party unless we are required to by law.

Retention

Request Service submissions are retained only as long as needed to complete your request, keep a service history for your vehicle, and meet legitimate business or legal record-keeping needs. Ask us any time to review or delete your information.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the minimum cookies needed to function. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this notice.
